Because Online Coaching is still relatively new, I will answer the most common questions about what type of coaching and programs I offer. If I didn’t answer one of your questions, please click the button below to send me an email and I will get back to you within 24 hours!

The best way to explain it is having myself as your virtual Fitness Coach in your pocket at all times! I create a completely custom program for YOU, your goals, and your body’s unique needs. I help you create the perfect balance in your life to achieve your body goals while ensuring that you are still able to enjoy your life.

Your results 100% depend how much effort you put into all your workouts, cardio, prepping of food, working on your mindset, mental health, etc.
If you do just that, you can expect to feel more energized throughout the day, not relying on daily caffeine intake, better quality of sleep, decrease in anxiety, better mood, digestion improvement, hormone balance improvement, and more.

Results vary based on individuals.

All my clients get my phone number and email address and receive UNLIMITED text/email support. All requests are answered within 24 hours (but usually faster than that).

With my programs I offer detailed Exercise Library. I also love to get creative and come up with my own movements, in which case you will be provided with video exercise demonstration!

I believe Community is so important and with each other’s support we can push ourselves to choose to be better every day, stay accountable and always growing mentally and progressing physically! Celebrating those small but actually kind of HUGE wins together because you overcoming an obstacle IS important and extraordinary!

You will be invited to a private Facebook Support Group where we will be sharing our daily wins, new recipe ideas, struggles and we will help each other work through them, motivation to hold each other accountable, progress to celebrate our wins, and so much more! There will also be live streams and group calls every now and then, I will schedule them ahead of time so that everyone can join.

@TeamVSFit is on Instagram! You will find me sharing all your accomplishments, fun workouts, healthy tips, team announcements, and team take overs! We will be sharing meal prep ideas and hacks and lots more! Head over and follow to stay up to date with everything.

Yes! The only thing I will ask for is that you tag me in your posts for credit and so that I can see you WORK! I put a lot of effort into my programs and it would be very appreciated if you share that with others as well!

I will also repost your videos on our Team Instagram page.

This will be up to you! When we start working together, I send you Photo Release forms to sign, and you can initial and sign what you’re okay with (for example you will have an option to have your face and name excluded from the photos being shared if that’s what you’re comfortable with). If you don’t want your photos shared at all, that’s is COMPLETELY okay!
